Another complete restoration just completed here at the CBC. The measurements come in as a 3/4 instrument but it has the feel and power of a 7/8 size. This is a fantastic instrument with a huge robust sound perfect for an audition/classical or very top end jazz bass. We reworked the geometry to bring the bass up to today’s standards for the best players. The bass is a breeze to play in all ranges.
The bass has very nice gentle flaming in its maple ribs and back. The bass is completely original including the tuners. In addition to the body restoration is a complete setup including new fingerboard, bridge and endpin.
