This bass is MAJOR league! This bass has everything anyone could want in a bass. It looks fantastic, plays like a dream, ridiculous power, even and very playable for a big bass. This bass needs to be in a major orchestra somewhere! The bass was passed down player to player in the Cincinnati Symphony for over 80 years before a colleague of mine bought it 20 years ago. I’ve enjoyed being next to or near this bass for a long time, I’m going to miss it!
We recently finished up a restoration of this bass. It is in excellent condition and set up really well with new fingerboard, bridge and fully adjustable chromatic C extension.
