Extremely nice Antonio Sgarbi bass made in Rome, 1891. Fantastic orchestra bass that has been in the section of Milwaukee for many years. Very strong tone that mixes really well but easy to hear in a section. would be a high class audition bass.
We completed a complete setup on this bass just a few years ago. It has a new fingerboard, bridge, endpin, soundpost with a full chromatic C extension. The neck set is really good which makes this instrument a dream to play. The bass has been well maintained and is in very good condition.
