3/4 size, sloping shoulders bass made by Romano Solano in 1995 #31. This is a fantastic bass for the aspiring conservatory student. Really easy to get around for solo or orchestral playing. It’s a perfect instrument for someone who’s not very tall. The instrument puts out a big sound for a sloping shoulder bass. Plenty of sound to sit in an orchestra section.
The bass was restored and re-done by Mike Magee in Pittsburgh 2009. He did a great job of making this a really nice instrument.
